I think it really depends on how much of a demand your items are. It really can vary. I have made a few hundreds before. Also my lowest was under one hundred. So it really depends on the items you are selling.
I would think that you'd need a couple people at your table. If for nothing else than the company, at least to help handle cash. Too often at flea markets I see the same thing every couple tables. If you can avoid that, you'll probably make money.
