Let me share to you a tip I have been using when dealing with flea market merchants.
Do not wear clothes which will obviously show that you have a lot of money to spend. This is to help you haggle down the prices even further. Imagine how can you haggle down a prices when you are wearing an even more expensive looking dress or shirt than the actual item you're buying? The merchants tendency is to to set a high price cap since you look like you can afford the price she will offer.
